Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chickens or pieces to equal this amount
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Boil chicken pieces for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Clean the meat off of the bones.
Discard the bones and skin.
Cut meat to bite-size pieces and put into 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix sour cream and soup together and add poppy seed to mixture.
Pour over chicken pieces.
Distribute cracker crumbs over top and pour melted margarine over top of this.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
