Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. carrots
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cut up carrots and boil in water until soft.
    Combine cooked carrots with all the ingredients and beat until well mixed (will be somewhat lumpy).
    Put into a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Also can be frozen.
