Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    olive oil
    oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Grate zucchini or put through food processor.
    Put half in olive oil in pan; brown slightly.
    Remove onto baking dish and brown remaining zucchini.
    To first layer of zucchini, layer 1/2 of Mozzarella, Parmesan and spices.
    Repeat with remaining zucchini and cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
