Ida'S Squash Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 young fresh squash
2 small white onions, finely chopped
2 small carrots, shredded
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil squash until tender.
Drain.
Let cool.
Slice.
Melt butter, saute onions and carrot.
Add dressing and mix thoroughly. Cover bottom of baking dish with half of mixture.
Add squash, salt and pepper.
Pour soup over mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and top with remaining mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
