Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 carrots, sliced thin
2 medium onions, sliced thin
salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Alternate carrots and onions in layers.
Put dots of butter on top. Cover and cook at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir once after butter melts.
