Scalloped Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except crumbs.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Turn into loaf pan.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean. Broccoli may be used instead of spinach.
