2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 jar Thousand Island salad dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
Preparation

Wash and dry chicken pieces and place in large ovenproof baking dish.
Mix preserves, dressing and onion soup together and pour evenly over chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until chicken tests done.
