Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. grated apples
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil together well.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add to oil mixture and mix well.
Add apples and pecans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a tube pan.
