Bangus En Tocho(Fish In Black Beans Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bangus (milkfish) or white fish (1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. tausi
1 cube tahure
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. ginger, cut in strips
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut fish to 4 to 6 slices; sprinkle with salt and let stand for about 20 minutes, then fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer to a serving dish.
