Gortons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. very lean pork
    3 large onions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place ground meat in large saucepan with water to cover.
    Add seasonings and stir occasionally until meat is cooked well.
    Add a little bread crumbs, enough to hold meat together.
    Pour into several small molds.
    Cool, then chill in refrigerator.
    Can be frozen.
