Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid shortening (Crisco)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Slowly add 2 cups flour; work a little.
    Let rise at least 3 to 4 hours.
    Knead and add a little flour, working in to get rid of stickiness, so it's easy to work with.
    Roll out to about a 13-inch pie.
    Spread 3 tablespoons olive oil on crust, leaving 1/2-inch from edge bare.
    Add sauce and cheese of your choice, leaving 1/2-inch from edge bare.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until cheese melts and crust is puffed up and brown.
