Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can spinach (do not drain)
1 chopped onion
3 small cans tomato sauce
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 small container cottage cheese
1 large box manicotti noodles
Preparation

Take the first 6 ingredients plus salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Stuff noodles and place in pan.
Take leftover meat and put in skillet.
Brown, then add tomato sauce.
Pour over noodles and bake at 375\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour.
Great with salad and garlic bread.
