Short-Cut Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
    1 or 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt to taste
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. lasagna or wide noodles
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; spoon off excess fat.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and garlic.
    Cover; simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Season.
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse in cold water.
    Place half the noodles in an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with 1/3 the sauce.
    Top with half the Mozzarella.
    Repeat layers, ending with sauce; top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes; cut into squares.
