Broiled Shrimp With Garlic And Hot Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 medium-size shrimp (about 8 oz.)
    4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil (or 1 tsp. dried)
    1 scallion, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. dried hot-pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp. chopped roasted pepper
Preparation
    Peel and clean shrimp.
    Combine remaining ingredients to make the marinade.
    Add shrimp and marinate at least 15 minutes but not more than 1 hour.
    Next, remove shrimp from marinade and place on a broiler pan.
    Broil for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately, or chill in a covered container.
