Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 can fruit cocktail with juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 stick oleo
1 small can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar (1 1/2 cups), egg and fruit.
Pour in greased oblong pan.
Mix brown sugar and pecans and spread on top of mixture and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Combine oleo, milk and sugar (3/4); cook for 5 minutes.
Add coconut, if desired, and spread on hot cake.
