Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out
2 bricks Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 stick oleo

Preparation

Mix flour, milk, salt, baking powder and eggs until smooth. Add spinach.
Fold in grated cheese.
Melt oleo in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Add spinach mixture to pan; pat down.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.
