*Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix until light.
    Fold in pan and bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven until golden.
    Sprinkle walnuts on top.
