Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. cooked mashed squash
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    small pinch of cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, well beaten
    pat of butter
    9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add flour, sugar, salt, vanilla and spices. Scald milk.
    Add butter and squash.
    Pour into egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 9-inch pastry shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0. Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 more minutes.
