Hardee'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour (White Lily's best)
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten well
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut or mix in Crisco.
Add buttermilk and egg together.
Add to flour mixture.
Work fast and knead lightly.
Roll out and cut into biscuits.
(I like to drop mine in melted butter and place in pan.) Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 or longer if you like them brown.
