Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. margarine
    2 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 frozen (9-inch) pie crust
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    sprinkle of paprika
Preparation
    Saute onions in melted margarine until almost tender.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Mix eggs, salt, pepper, milk and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour over onions and lightly stir.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with rest of cheese and paprika.
    Return to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
