Zagreb Pork Chops - cooking recipe

5 or 6 butterfly pork chops
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/3 jar apricot preserves
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 clove garlic
Preparation

Mix dressing, onion soup mix, chopped up garlic and apricot preserves. Pour mixture over salted and peppered pork chops. Use a greased 9-inch Corning Ware dish. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
