1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil
5 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) salmon fillets
Preparation

For marinade, put soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sherry, vinegar, chili powder, cayenne pepper and garlic in a small bowl and mix.
