Hot Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion soup mix (dry)
    1/3 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans white corn or Shoe Peg
    1 small can cream-style corn
    pinch of sugar
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in small amount of margarine.
    Add onion soup and Ro-Tel; stir well and add corn.
    Simmer about 5 minutes; add pinch of sugar.
    Then put in casserole dish and top with cheese.\tCook for 20 to 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
