Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella, shredded
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 pkg. pepperoni slices
    1 box manicotti noodles
Preparation
    Follow directions on box of manicotti noodles.
    While noodles cook, mix all other ingredients except pepperoni.
    When noodles are done, drain off hot water and rinse with cool water.
    Fill shells with cheese mixture.
    Put filled shells in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over noodles.
    Top with pepperoni slices. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
