Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sweet Italian sausage, crumbled
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery, chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can tomatoes (break tomatoes up by hand)
Preparation

Saut sausage, onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Add bouillon and pepper strips and cook until tender. Add tomatoes and simmer until hot. Serve over linguini and top with fresh Parmesan.
