Diabetic Barbecue Sauce(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. Equal sugar substitute
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine first 8 ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir every 2 or 3 minutes.
    Remove from stove; add sugar substitute and mix well.
    This will keep in refrigerator several weeks.
    This recipe makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings.
    Each serving is 32 calories, 1/2 vegetable and fat exchange.
    Use for chicken or any kind of meat.
