Cheese Chorizo Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chorizo sausage, minced
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
tortilla chips
Preparation

Spread chorizo between paper towels on microwave-proof plate. Microwave on High until brown and crisp, 3 minutes.
Mix chorizo, cheese and chilies in bowl.
Transfer to shallow 3 cup microwave-proof serving dish.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Turn back a corner to vent.
Microwave on medium until cheese is thoroughly melted, 6 to 8 minutes.
Stir quickly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
