Broccoli-Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 smal onion, sliced
    1 can broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Heat to boiling. Add potatoes.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover, simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings. (For cheesier flavor, add 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese with soup.)
