Spinach Balls Or Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. herb stuffing mix
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook spinach; drain thoroughly, being sure no water is left. Mix all other ingredients, then add spinach.
