Shrimp Velvet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large peeled shrimp
    1 oz. Parmesan cheese
    1 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. clarified butter
    2 dashes Cajun spice
    10 oz. cooked fettucini pasta
    6 oz. heavy cream
    2 oz. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and Cajun spice in butter until plump and tender. Add heavy cream and all cheese. Simmer until thick and creamy. Serve over hot pasta.
