Braunschweiger Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. braunschweiger
1/2 lb. soft butter or margarine
dash of Tabasco
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
6 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. minced onion
chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and serve at room temperature or chilled.
Roll in pecans, if desired.
