Turkey Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread crumbs
    eggs
    flour
    turkey breast
    water
Preparation
    Slice turkey breast very thin.
    Mix a ratio of 2 eggs to 1/4 cup of water.
    Dip each slice of turkey in flour, then egg/water mix, then bread crumbs and fry in about 1/4 inch of hot oil until golden brown.
