Chicken Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Dijon
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
hot pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
paprika (for garnish)
Preparation

Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork. Add rest of ingredients.
Blend well. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops with paprika to garnish. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
