Creme Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box confectioners sugar (except 1/4 c.)
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    7 drops food coloring (your choice)
    7 drops peppermint oil
    2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix with fork until moist.
    Add evaporated milk.
    Mix with hands until workable. Don't make it too moist.
    Roll into pea-sized balls or slightly larger.
    Flatten with fork.
    Let dry.
