Roast Beef Salad With Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. bottle horseradish sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small head romaine
    1 small head red leaf lettuce
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can drained ripe olives
    1 lb. thin sliced roast beef
Preparation
    Twenty minutes before serving, mix tomato with horseradish sauce, parsley and lemon juice; set aside.
    In large salad bowl, tear romaine and leaf lettuce into bite size pieces.
    Cut roast beef into 1-inch wide strips.
    Put on top of lettuce.
    Drizzle dressing over salad.
    Drain olives and slice.
    Sprinkle over salad.
    Toss before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
