Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender.
    Cover and blend on low 3 minutes.
    Add coconut and pour into 9-inch greased pie pan.
    Let stand a few minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
