Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped (can also use canned tomatoes)
    1 banana pepper or 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper or less
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Cook 1 to 2 hours until thick.
    Cool.
    Put in containers and freeze.
    Serve with tostada chips.
