Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
dash of white pepper
1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt; let stand 15 minutes.
Drain liquid.
Add onion, vinegar and pepper.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
Yields 6 servings.
