Brazilian Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chocolate syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    2 c. hot milk
    vanilla to taste
Preparation
    Combine chocolate syrup, salt, cinnamon and coffee in saucepan.
    Stir in 1/4 cup hot water.
    Cook over medium heat until heated through.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of hot water and milk.
    Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat with rotary beater until foamy.
    Serve immediately. Yields 6 servings.
