Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. milk
    4 c. sliced peaches
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
    Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk.
    Pour mixture over the melted oleo; do not stir.
    Combine peaches and remaining sugar in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over batter in pan; do not stir.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until top is brown.
