Sugar-Free Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. diet margarine
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate cocoa powder
    24 pkg. Sweet 'N Low sweetener
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. cream cheese (fat-free)
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Melt margarine and chocolate; stir in sweetener and vanilla. Combine chocolate mixture with cream cheese; beat until smooth. Stir in raisins and spread mixture in a lightly greased 8-inch square pan spread with Pam cooking spray.
    Refrigerate until firm; cut into 1-inch squares.
    Yields 64 squares.
