Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin tip steak, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed beef broth
    8 oz. dairy sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. wide noodles, uncooked
Preparation
    Cut meat into rectangular bite-size pieces.
    Brown quickly in butter.
    Push meat to the side of the pan.
    Add mushrooms and onion; cook just until tender.
    Add broth; heat just to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour; stir into broth.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
    Serves 4.
