Great Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats (uncooked)
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups vegetable cooking spray.
    In small bowl, combine oats and water. In medium bowl, combine flour, dry milk, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    In small bowl, beat egg whites, brown sugar and oil. Stir into oats and water.
    Add to dry ingredients all at once, stirring just until moistened.
    Fold in raisins.
