Spicy Wine Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast (pot or rump)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except roast.
    Put roast in crock-pot. Pour mixture over.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
