2 egg whites
1 c. pecans, chopped
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Allow egg whites to reach room temperature.
Beat egg whites and add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time until stiff.
Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
Line cookie sheet with foil and drop by teaspoon.
When ready to put in oven, turn oven off and leave cookies in oven 12 hours or overnight.
