Verdi'S Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. scrod
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    paprika
    1/3 to 1/2 c. melted butter
    seasoned bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0 or 525\u00b0 (yes!).
    Wash and towel dry fish. Arrange in fairly thick portions on small baking sheet.
    Drizzle with lemon juice.
    Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Combine melted butter with enough bread crumbs to make a soft mixture. Spoon/pat thickly on top of fish and press down firmly.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
