Coconut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. freshly grated coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    coconut milk (enough to make batter moist)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a greased and floured loaf tin.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Test after 30 minutes by inserting a toothpick into loaf. If toothpick comes out clean, it is done. Do not overbake or it will be crumbly.
    Serve as any hot fresh bread, sliced with butter and/or jam.
