Pineapple Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. or more miniature marshmallows
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple (8 oz.), drained (save liquid)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O.
    Add hot water.
    Add mayonnaise and marshmallows. Mix well.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Let cool until partially set (1/2 hour or so).
    Add other ingredients and pour into mold.
    For color, add maraschino cherries.
