Albondigas(Meat Ball Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. onion salt or onion
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 1 tsp. tenderizer
1 c. rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
In a large bowl, mix together meat, onion, pepper, tenderizer, salt, egg and rice together.
Roll mixture into round balls.
Put meat balls in flour and coat evenly.
Put the floured meat balls into the boiling water and add tomato sauce.
Cook until the meat is ready.
