Pork Tender Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. pork tender loin, usually contains 2 loin
1 bottle Goya Moya meat marinade, Mojo
Rosemary sprigs, optional

Preparation

Marinate pork in marinade for at least 3 hours, longer if you have the time.
Bake pork in marinade uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake, still uncovered for 45 minutes more.
Slice and arrange on platter.
Rosemary sprigs arranged on side look attractive.
